As per Allkpop’s report, Choi Yeon Woo, Disney Korea’s head of local content revealed that there are no further updates on the release date as they are still reviewing the matter. “Since our decision to delta the release, there have been no new updates. We are still reviewing matters internally.”

Korea Series Knock Off was set to release in April, 2025 but due to the high-profile scandal, the series got postponed. The drama is among one of the highest budget dramas and if the series got cancelled due to any reason Kim Soo Hyun will have to pay a huge amount.

It is confirmed that the series will will not release this year as it has been removed from Disney+ 2025 project list. However, speculation are made that Knock Off will be released in 2026.
